Now in its third year and with the themes of Recycle and Regeneration, the 2010 Mirboo North Arty Gras Festival on May 7, 8 & 9 promises to be a fun and event-filled weekend for all.
Following the opening of the
MIRBOO NORTH ART SHOW
on Friday night the 7th of May, there will be a food and craft market, music performances and children's activities in Baromi Park on Saturday 8th May from 9am to 4pm, including the
STREET PARADE
at 11am and Buskers on street corners.
There will also be . . .
Chook, Leggo, best dressed window and biggest pumpkin competitions, workshops in community singing, weaving, wire work, iconography and jewellery making, and on Saturday and Sunday Bush Walks, CWA and Community Art Exhibits, a Quilt hanging and fire recovery photographic exhibition around town with Mic Conway and friend downstairs Saturday evening at the Brewery.
